SPR# JFRK4AMRXY - Fixed a problem in the outline applet where URL's couldn't be found when an outline entry specified a URL address using a protocol other than http. The problem occurred because the string http:// was always being prepended to the URL resulting in an invalid address.

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Domino 5.0.2. Begining with 5.0.2, the url resolves correctly if the ftp://
protocol is specified in the outline entry url. If no protocol is specified,
the outline assumes http.
As a workaround for version prior to 5.0.2, embed the Outline as type HTML on
the page instead of as a Java Applet.
